EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) for consumers within the EU. The platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not generally do so, but we are willing to seek an amicable resolution in all disputes.
