These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Adriatic Allocation website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Adriatic Allocation. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal drinking age in your country of residence. Adult signature is required upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age verification cannot be completed.
3. Products
Adriatic Allocation offers curated wine boxes sourced from Decanter-awarded Croatian estates. Products are described as accurately as possible on the product pages. Due to the nature of seasonal curation, specific producers and wines within a collection may vary between batches. All wines contain sulphites.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include:
- Delivery to your door (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, or Austria)
- Destination country excise duties
Prices do not include any import duties or local taxes beyond those stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation.
5. Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Adriatic Allocation. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation does not arrive within 30 minutes.
6. Delivery
- Destinations: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria only.
- Carrier: DHL. You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
- Signature required: An adult signature is required at delivery. If no one is available, DHL will leave a redelivery notice.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at hello@adriaticallocation.com before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Returned wine must be in its original, unopened condition.
Our commercial guarantee goes further: if you are not satisfied with the quality of the wines in your box for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full shipment price. You keep the bottles. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
8. Refund process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We do not issue store credit unless requested.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Croatia.

11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.
